RAEL National Fire Protection, a fourth-generation fire protection company serving commercial and residential sites for 87 years, is pleased to welcome Shelley Lantrip, who joins RAEL as National Customer Service Manager. As the primary point of contact for RAEL’s national clients, Shelley’s responsibilities will include customer advocacy, ensuring client objectives are met through an optimized service delivery process and training clients and RAEL National partners on the benefits of REDi, RAEL’s proprietary technology platform for service validation and compliance management.
Shelley brings over 10 years of operational excellence and customer success to RAEL. Before joining the firm, Shelley gained expertise in providing exemplary customer service and support to national multi-location chains.
She is recognized for excellence in customer service and a valued service partner.
