October 21, 2020 – New Hyde Park, NY –– RAEL Fire Protection, a fourth-generation fire protection company serving New York’s most iconic commercial and residential properties for over 85 years, is pleased to welcome industry veteran Peter Calandra, who joins RAEL as Vice President of Client Relations. As the primary point of contact for RAEL’s clients, Peter’s responsibilities will include customer advocacy, ensuring client objectives are met through an optimized service delivery process, and training clients and internal personnel on REDi, RAEL’s compliance technology platform.

Peter brings over 21 years of operational excellence to RAEL. Before joining the firm, Peter gained expertise in providing critical resources and exemplary customer support at NYC Citywide Administrative Services and PJ Mechanical. He is recognized for excellence in labor relations by Congress, the US House of Representatives, NYC Mayor’s Office, and the NYC Labor Movement. Peter studied commercial facilities management at Columbia University.
